Issue 009 turns toward women — not as a moment, and not as a theme, but as presence.

Developed across continents, this issue brings together a series of voices working through image, language, and form. Each navigating what it means to exist, to build, and to continue within structures that have not always made space for them.

This issue does not approach Women’s Month as a fixed point of recognition. It resists the idea of time-bound celebration, instead positioning these works and stories as ongoing — lived beyond the page, and long after the cycle of attention has passed.

Across its pages, The Women’s Issue considers authorship, care, resistance, and becoming — not as statements, but as lived conditions.
