At Loud Palette, each order is prepared with care and intention.
Please review the following policies carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This includes print issues, artwork, and any limited-edition items.
2. International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier and the destination country’s postal service.
Please note:
Loud Palette is not responsible for delays, customs processing times, or delivery issues once the package has entered the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Any re-shipment will require an additional shipping fee, which will be confirmed before the order is resent.
3. Delivery Timing
Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier. While we provide tracking information when available, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak or holiday periods.
4. Lost or Returned Packages
In the event that a package is delayed, returned, or lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to understand the situation and keep you informed. However, Loud Palette cannot guarantee outcomes once the order has shipped.
